The silwy Magnet-VACUUM mobile phone holder for cars is a three-part mobile phone mounting system resulting from a collaboration between silwy and the FIDLOCK brand.

The system consists of the FIDLOCK Magnet-VACUUM mobile phone holder for car air vents and the silwy Magnet-VACUUM patch, a self-adhering patch for mobile phones and small tablets. The magnetic mobile phone holder clips into your car’s air vents and features a joint that allows it to be angled as desired. The silwy Magnet-VACUUM patch attaches to the back of your mobile phone. Thanks to the integrated magnets, the patch sticks to the rotating magnetic holder. A 3M adhesive dot is included in the set as an option for permanent attachment to a protective case. Please note the warnings below.

Additional features and tips

Where should the included 3M adhesive dot be placed?
The set includes a 3M adhesive dot. Use it only on a protective case, not directly on your smartphone or tablet. The 3M adhesive tape cannot be removed without leaving a residue, and once applied, the nano-gel patch is no longer usable.

Which surfaces are not suitable for the magnetic phone holder for cars?

The Magnet-VACUUM patch is suitable for smooth surfaces only. It will not work on textured, grained or flexible surfaces.

The Magnet-VACUUM patch is not suitable for smartphone cases made of ceramic, silicone, silicone-like materials or leather.

Do not use the patch on Samsung Ultra models or on iPhones with an anti-fingerprint coating.

Which air vents is the holder compatible with?
The magnetic mobile phone holder can only be attached to air vents with horizontal slats. It is not suitable for round air vents, such as those found in newer Mazda models, for example.
